RETURN AND REFUND
Process that needs to be followed for the return of an Item :
We at boondocks prioritize and promote sustainable fashion and love to give back to the environment. Boondocks accept returns/exchange of items within 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days pass after order delivery, then it will not be under refund or exchange policy. Only the unused products, worn, washed or damaged with all the tags attached are eligible for returns/exchange. Besides, intimate, or sanitary products are not accepted and do not fall under this policy. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled midway.
To cancel the delivery, please receive the product and return it as guided below:
- To return or exchange, all items must be packed and sent back to us in their original, unworn condition with all the tags intact to get the full refund. Items not sent back in the requested state will not be eligible for a refund. A delivery partner will be assigned to collect the product in 2-7 days. Once we receive the items, a refund will be initiated within a period of 2-3 working days via bank transfer. In the case of any natural calamity, delay on delivery and other procedure can be expected.
- The exchange policy will be valid for a maximum of 3 times for an individual customer on a product. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued after deducting the COD handling fee for both to and fro transport.
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendor/merchant and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- Boondocks does not accept cancellation request without specific reason. However, refund/replacement can be made if the person establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our customer service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own hand. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
- In case you feel that the product received is not same as shown on the site as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaint regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
- In case of any refunds approved by the boondocks, it will take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
