Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 7-8 working days  in metros, and 10-15 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, and so on.).

 

Domestic order-

• No Free shipping unless otherwise stated during an offering on the website.
• Shipping charges as applicable shall either be there on the site or intimated to the customer if required at the time of placement of order.
• We appreciate our customers buying during Holidays, and we make all efforts to ship the goods during Holidays, but we do not guarantee.

 

International orders-

• Shipping charges are additional for international orders as applicable and shall differ from country to country and service providers.

 

Mandatory Requirements for shipping:

• Customers are responsible for providing Shipping details which should include Proper Name, address with City / State/ Country, Postal code, Land Marks if any and also Telephone numbers with an alternate numbers to ensure proper delivery.
• All your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please refer  order from home to cancel or make changes to an order please note once product is shipped can not be cancelled. Further information on cancelling and refund an order can be found in our Return & Refunds Policy.
• You can also track your order once it has been dispatched from our end. An email and SMS will be sent with a link.
• For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate reshipping for the product.
